We literally had the entire bottom floor to ourselves which left us having a private and spacious living area; especially for the cost. Kevin was welcoming and quick in his responses to us.
Highly recommend staying here to check out St Paul. Kevin's home was great. The basem*nt, which was like my own personal apartment, was very clean, private, and had all the amenities needed. Kevin was a great host, he left you alone in your space and shared his space as needed. Kevin would answer any questions you had about the area and offer good recommendations of places to go and things to see. All in all the place was fantastic and Kevin was great, I would recommend to anyone.
Kevin was an excellent host! I stayed for 3 months and it was like living at home in my apartment. He provided me with keys to the front door, garage door, and a garage door opener. It was like having my own private entrance.
Although I am quite the extrovert, Kevin left the basem*nt level to my discretion which includes a living room with an abundance of channels, your own bedroom, and your own bathroom with the convenience of the laundry facilities being in the basem*nt.
Also, the neighborhood is located in a safe and quaint area. Never felt unsafe or threatened at all. As someone who has not visited Minnesota previously, it worked out well that I stayed with the Minnesotan native.
Kevin provided me with advice on places to visit, eat, and other various recreational activities throughout Minnesota and the Midwest. Overall, Kevin is a great host, very easy to talk to, very accommodating, offers you dinner and to use his grill, and is more than willing to have a couple drinks with you! Excellent host and I highly recommend to anyone that is looking to stay 10 minutes from downtown St.

As a single traveler, I felt completely safe at all times and it was quiet and comfortable for sleeping, with a nice private bathroom. What can't be fully described is the friendly and caring nature of the hosts who were delightful and welcoming, while also assuring my privacy.
I highly recommend Betty's place! April's home was excellent. Beautiful, spaceous, and even nicer in person than the photos indicated. April was extremely accommodating in every way, and we're very grateful for her efforts and kindness. April is a very nice and courteous host. It's clear she wants to provide her guests with a good experience and was very communicative throughout the period before and during our stay.
She welcomed us to the house and gave a lengthy tour to the unit and its history. She left milk, juice, and cider for us in addition to other breakfast foods.
Because it is an older house there are a few minor details that need updating. The floor creaks loudly in spots. This was not bothersome to us, though it made us worry about the resident living below us when we walked around at night. The bathroom was very clean albeit the tub drains very slowly.
The locks worked but were a bit sticky as one would expect on an older house. The only notable minor inconvenience was that we were asked to keep the thermostat to below a certain temperature. The thermostat in our unit also controlled the temperature for the resident in the downstairs unit. It was a bit awkward to let out unit get chilly at night the windows were thin so cold air seeped in to prevent overheating the other resident. Again, everything is perfect.
Rose's home is our preferred get-away and we are never disappointed. Rose and her husband are amazing hosts. They give you total privacy and provide you with all the necessary commodities like security systems, internet, a very spacious and clean house from the ceiling to the floors. I recommend this host over a hotel to anyone or group of 6 maximum, looking to visit the cities for a great experience of a home away from home! Since it was my first time was not sure if they would provide toiletries, but to my surprise everything was there just like you stay in a hotel. Everything from stay to fun in the city turned out to be good. Felt like living in a star hotel. This was our first time with Airbnb and it was far beyond our expectations. Everything before our arrival was clear and communication was excellent. Tom is a great host and his accommodations are better than most hotels.

I didn't realize the room I booked blue room had its own private bathroom. That was a nice surprise. I didn't actually have a chance to meet Bhupinder in person as our schedules did not cross. Paul airport, and five minutes by car from the famous Mall of America and the new premium outlet mall on Highway We are minutes, in non-rush-hour traffic, from downtown Minneapolis and St.
Paul, depending on time of day and weather. During rush hour, Non-rush hour you can make it in 15 minutes. There are extensive bicycle trails close by. We do have two adult and 3 kids bicycles that we will allow guests to use at their own risk.
However, please note that if you break it, it's yours. Pilot Knob park that has a free tennis courts is walking distance from our home. A minute drive will take you to downtown Minneapolis or St.

My place is close to the MSP Airport, roughly a 15 minute drive, and there are lots of shopping centers nearby including the Mall of America 5 minutes and Eagan Outlet Centers 3 minutes! We struggled a bit with the heat, cause it was 85 F and the upstairs captured the heat for the first night but Tim and Amie were very kind and did their best to make the other nights more comfortable. Will go again, especially if its less hot out ;- we are from WA state so maybe a bit sensitive to nice weather haha. Great location and cool house.
Be aware though that this is not a totally private space. Their home is lovely and it's only a 5min walk from the main street where you can grab a bit to eat, a coffee, icecream or run to the chemist. The room and facilities were excellent, very comfortable and stylish.
There are a few flights of stairs to get up so keep that in mind if you have luggage. After reading other reviews, our stay was exactly as I expected, in a good way! It happened because, due to bad weather and air traffic, I lost my connection. The airline offered some "discounted rates" in hotels which turned out to be BS no discount at all. After realizing André's place was next to the airport, I contacted him in a really short notice late in the night after 9: He is an amazing person, he is a lifesaver.
